Dear Lady, Dear Sir,
please note the following regulations for your confirmed examination appointment!

Due to Covid19, we plan longer examination times per patient. As a result, a smaller number of appointments are available.

If necessary, please cancel your appointment by 8 a.m. on the morning of the examination day at the latest, so that the appointment can be given to other patients. Please cancel your online booking or call +49 (0)40 – 279 34 68.

In the event of non-attendance or failure to cancel, we will have to charge you for the appointment.

In case of late arrival for the examination, the duration of the examination will be shortened or continued at a later date. This is also in your interest, as patients who arrive on time should not have to wait.

If you have corona-related cash flow problems, please let me know before the examination – I will be happy to address your situation and work with you to find a solution.
